Be advised for local land sharks operating and conducting business near

and close to coastal waters and bays in the Ocean City Maryland vicinity.

These sharks are know species resembling Town Council, Chamber of Commerce,

and the Downtown Business Organization.

 Land Sharks have been known to take huge bites out of taxpayer’s wallets, chomp on

local business activities, back stab, and thrash about severely when caught.
