Handbell Ringers Concert

American Guild of English Handbell Ringers, Area III gather for their
spring festival, which culminates in a concert filling the ballroom
with 500 ringers & beautiful music. Participants from all over the
Mid-Atlantic. Registration required to participate in event, concert
