Learn about the "small town" of Ocean City and how visitors arrived via train, automobile or horse and wagon. This program is designed for adult history buffs or anyone with an interest in Ocean City history. Wednesdays - For the 23rd year our fabulous Coast Guard Auxiliary Members instruct attendees on how to tie many different and useful knots from a bowline to how to correctly secure a cleat. Great program for families! Thursdays - One of our most popular programs "All About Sharks" is back again this year. Learn the secrets of these much feared fish. This program is a great one for the entire family to enjoy. Fridays - An Island Tail: The Case of the Wild Horses! Join Kelly Taylor, Science Communicator at Assateague Island National Seashore, as we unlock mysteries surrounding Assateague’s most popular residents – the wild horses! We’ll discover clues revealing answers to questions like: Where did the wild horses come from? Where are all the new foals? Why can’t I pet the wild horses? Saturdays - Come inside the Museum to watch as the critters in the Aquarium receive their morning meal. Sundays - Delmarva Discovery Center in Pocomoke presents "Diary of A Reptile." See and learn about turtles, snakes and other reptiles that live here on the Delmarva Peninsula. All are welcome.
